President Donald Trump received praise for signing an executive order demanding federal agencies strengthen initiatives to educate Americans in the early stages of kidney disease.

An unfortunate choice of words on Trump's part?

Maybe even some rare wordplay?

A lack of basic anatomy knowledge?

Considering the President has previously claimed the moon is a part of Mars, people were more inclined to believe the latter.

We have no idea.
