Brady and Gronk joined fellow former teammate Julian Edelman for a beach vacation that Tom Cruise would be proud of.

Former New England Patriots players Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski appeared to recreate a memorable scene from Top Gun: Maverick that left fans parched.

The long-awaited sequel to 1986's Top Gun starring Tom Cruise–who reprised his role as Pete "Maverick" Mitchell–featured a "Dogfight Football" scene on the beach in which the pilots in training were shirtless.

The casually provocative scene with sweaty, beefy, young pilots playing in slow-motion was an homage to the beach volleyball scene in the original film nearly 30 years ago.

The clip of twice-retired pro-footballer Tom "the GOAT" Brady playing with the boys–including fellow retirees, "Gronk" Gronkowski and Julian Edelman, was filmed and posted by Gronkowski's girlfriend, Camille Kostek.

In the movie, Maverick explained Dogfight Football was an opportunity for the pilots to sharpen their offense and defense skills.

But for moviegoers, the scene's takeaway was more about the gratuitous shot of Miles Teller and Glen Powell with their shirts off.

The NFL retiree's beachside rough and rumble took place during a vacation in the Bahamas.

Kostek was commended for capturing the muscly men in their element.

The TikTok video's accompanying song was the same one used in the Maverick called "I Ain't Worried" by OneRepublic.

Soon, there was a demand to have the hunky players come out of retirement–which would be nothing new for our favorite GOAT.

Kostek and her beau also shared other highlights from their vacation.

Brady also posted an Instagram photo dump featuring him in swimwear from his Brady brand apparel line.

For reference, here is the scene that inspired the former NFL players' version of Dogfight Football.
