Throughout my life, people would look at the food on my plate and give me a strange look or call me weird. That’s because I would mix anything together.
My mind told me that if there are two foods I love individually, like say ramen and cream of spinach, then they should taste even better together!
Now, this didn’t work all the time. I very quickly realized that, as much as I loved wasabi and red bean paste, they just do not go together. However, other foods, like say ramen and cream of spinach, are surprisingly delicious together!
