New York Republican Representative Elise Stefanik gained national attention during the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump where she established herself as a staunch advocate for him. Since then, her unwavering support of the POTUS has been central to her political identity.

So in keeping with her prior glowing praise for the President, Stefanik weighed in with her thoughts after Trump's Tuesday ABC town hall appearance.

Stefanik tweeted:

"The energy, substantive responses, ability to effectively answer rapid fire Q&A of [Donald Trump] is in STARK contrast to the endless teleprompter scripting of Joe Biden who hasn't answered any tough questions from anyone in months!"

Stefanik then tagged the Team Trump, Trump War Room and GOP Twitter accounts.

People on social media thought the stark contrast was not between Trump and Biden but rather between Stefanik and reality.

As with all members of the House of Representatives, Stefanik is up for reelection in 2020.

People took her tweet as a good opportunity to remind voters of Democrat Tedra Cobb's candidacy.

As of Wednesday, September 16, the 2020 election is 47 days away.

Trump Reacts To Conspiracy Theorist FEMA Official Who Claims He Once Teleported To A Waffle House

President Donald Trump appeared noticeably confused after CNN asked him about FEMA official Gregg Phillips' bizarre claim that he once teleported to a Waffle House 50 miles away.

Phillips, a former top Texas health official, was appointed in December to lead FEMA’s Office of Response and Recovery—a division with more than 1,000 employees—despite a background that raised questions. Fox News Just Complained About How Low Teen Pregnancy Rates Currently Are—And WTF‽‽

During a Friday segment on Fox News's America’s Newsroom with anchor Dana Perino, senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel called a declining birth rate among people aged 15-19 a "problem."

The discussion revolved around new CDC data showing the United States fertility rate, based on birth rates, has fallen to a record low. The fertility rate fell 7 percent in 2025, from 53.8 births per 1,000 childbearing aged women—defined as age 15 to 44—in 2024 to 53.1, according to a report released by the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics on Thursday.
