JK Rowling Suggests She'll Never Forgive Daniel Radcliffe And Emma Watson For Supporting Trans Rights

The 'Harry Potter' author shut down any prospect of forgiving the two actors, who have both publicly supported trans people, after a fan assumed she'd be willing to mend things.

It doesn't appear that transphobe and self-proclaimed TERF (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) JK Rowling will be forgiving Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson for supporting trans rights anytime soon...or ever for that matter.

The Harry Potter author—who has time and again condemned the trans community and spewed her vitriol on social media, even going as far as to say she would "happily" serve time in prison in support of her stance—recently took to the platform once again to share unsolicited comments after a BBC report on a four-year review investigating gender care commissioned by the NHS concluded that gender services were based on “remarkably weak” evidence.

Dr. Hilary Cass wrote of the investigation:

“The reality is we have no good evidence on the long-term outcomes of interventions [such as puberty blockers] to manage gender-related distress."
“It is unusual for us to give a potentially life-changing treatment to young people and not know what happens to them in adulthood.”

Details of investigated trials have yet to be announced.

At one point during Rowling's rant over the inconclusive findings of the investigation, a fan tweeted:

"Just waiting for Dan and Emma to give you a very public apology... safe in the knowledge that you will forgive them."

Back in 2020, Radcliffe responded to one of Rowling's anti-trans tweets, penning an essay stating "transgender women are women."

He added:

"Any statement to the contrary erases the identity and dignity of transgender people and goes against all advice given by professional health care associations who have far more expertise on this subject matter than either Jo or I."
"According to The Trevor Project, 78% of transgender and nonbinary youth reported being the subject of discrimination due to their gender identity."
"It’s clear that we need to do more to support transgender and nonbinary people, not invalidate their identities, and not cause further harm.”

Around the same time, Watson tweeted:

“Trans people are who they say they are and deserve to live their lives without being constantly questioned or told they aren’t who they say they are."
"I want my trans followers to know that I and so many other people around the world see you, respect you and love you for who you are.”

Nearly four years later, Rowling said she does not plan on forgiving the Harry Potter stars for their comments.

In response to the fan's tweet about forgiving Radcliffe and Watson, Rowling wrote:

"Not safe, I'm afraid."
"Celebs who cosied up to a movement intent on eroding women's hard-won rights and who used their platforms to cheer on the transitioning of minors can save their apologies for traumatised detransitioners and vulnerable women reliant on single sex spaces."

Though Rowling's like-minded sheep applauded her for her remarks...

...others on social media continued to express their disgust over the viewpoints of the author whose books conveyed messages of acceptance, clearly not reflective of her own ideas.

So don't expect a mending of the fences anytime soon, not that Radcliffe and Watson have anything to be sorry for.

Simply Riddikulus.

The move follows Trump’s announcement last week of additional tariffs on kitchen cabinets, vanities, and other upholstered products, which will take effect October 1.
