Patrons who are shifty about eating foods from a self-service buffet station may cement their decision to avoid them altogether after seeing what is easily a gag-inducing viral TikTok video.

TikToker Josh Hampton–a.k.a. @fupasweat–shared a clip showing an alleged server at a Pizza Hut restaurant eating directly from the serving ladle used at the salad bar.

The text overlay in the clip reads, "The server at pizza hut," followed by two appropriate emojis.

In the clip, the woman was seen ladling soup into a takeout container.

But things took a turn when she used a regular spoon to repeatedly eat from the ladle and returned the contaminated ladle back to the serving bowl.

She eventually dipped her regular spoon into the serving bowl itself and continued her feast for one.

A disgusted patron could be heard off-camera commenting:

"She’s literally eating out of the container."

The viral clip, which had over 1.1 million views as of Wednesday, gave social media users dry heaves.

When a number of commenters continued asking why Hampton filmed the employee instead of intervening, he said he did call her out.

The TikToker said he showed management the recorded evidence of the woman's unsanitary indiscretion and posted the footage two hours later.

A person who was familiar with the situation claimed consequences were dealt with the hungry employee.

People Break Down The 'Silent Red Flags' Folks Tend To Ignore In Relationships

A red flag has come to mean any warning sign in life, in addition to the literal red flags that are placed on beaches or industrial sites to warn people of danger.

People will respond to situations by saying, "That’s a red flag." But before that language evolved, they'd just call them "warning signs."
