Fox News Legal Analyst Explains Why Donald Trump's Ukraine Call 'Is Clearly Impeachable'
Fox News

What he said.

Fox News legal analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, hasn't been shy in his critiques of President Donald Trump in the past.

That doesn't seem set to change as the House Select Committee on Intelligence embarks on its first public hearings in the ongoing impeachment inquiry.

For Napolitano, there's not much to inquire. On Your World with Neil Cavuto, Napolitano said Trump's request that Ukraine investigate former Vice President Joe Biden was illegal to ask for.

Watch below.

Napolitano pointed out that it's illegal to solicit anything of value from a foreign government that may influence a U.S. election.

He went on to say:

"[I]t's clearly impeachable because the president requested something that's criminal to ask for. 'Can you help my campaign?'...Of course he didn't say it that way, but he basically said 'I need a favor, and my people, Rudy Giuliani, are telling you the aid's not coming until I get the favor.'"

Numerous officials across multiple divisions within the Trump administration have testified or otherwise confirmed that Trump officials withheld crucial Congressionally-approved military aid to Ukraine in exchange for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky publicly declaring an investigation into Biden.

Others tended to agree.

Napolitano's criticisms of Trump, unsurprisingly, have never sat well with the President.

But the President may have too much on his hands at the moment, with legions of people calling for his impeachment.

The first of the public hearings are underway. We'll soon see just how much the House agrees with Napolitano regarding Trump's behavior.

MAGA Melts Down After 'Woke' Pope Leo Urges The World To 'Search Always For Peace'

MAGA followers were not happy with Pope Leo XIV and accused him of being "woke" after he, in remarks to reporters, implored "people of good will" to "search always for peace."

The Pope spoke out after President Donald Trump insisted that God supports his war on Iran and declared—before a provisional ceasefire was announced—that "a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again" ahead of a deadline to bomb Iran’s power plants and bridges that legal scholars and world leaders have said would constitute war crimes.

CNN Airs Montage Of Trump Praising Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens And Alex Jones After He Calls Them 'Losers' In Viral Rant

CNN aired a fitting montage after President Donald Trump launched a broad attack on several conservative media figures—Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones—accusing them of being “stupid,” attention-seeking, and out of step with his political movement.

Carlson urged U.S. military aides to refuse any orders involving the killing of Iranian civilians. Owens, formerly of Turning Point USA, condemned the administration as “satanic” and called on Congress to remove what she described as the “Mad King Trump.”
