A viral video of a maskless woman handling un-purchased strawberries with her bare hands has viewers outraged, and disgusted.

TikToker @pureconfidence captured the woman shopping at a local Walmart.

The woman could be seen in the six-second video appearing to pick out the best strawberries from multiple cartons with her bare hands, and not wearing a mask when doing so.

When the woman appeared to notice @pureconfidence recording her, @pureconfidence lowered her camera before the video abruptly ended.

With Covid-19 cases once again on the rise across the country, not to mention the looming threat of the Omicron variant, @pureconfidence expressed her outrage at this woman's behavior in the video’s overlay.

"I saw this woman at Walmart the other day."
"I just can't believe she is going through all those strawberries, and people wonder why Covid is still spreading."
Many others were equally outraged by this woman's behavior.

Others, however, didn't find much to be angry or concerned about, with several pointing out it’s a good idea to wash your fruit when you get home anyway.

Others pointed out Covid-19 spreads far less easily through surface transmission.

@pureconfidence subsequently posted a second video, which captured her confronting the woman about her behavior and declaring how witnessing this influenced her shopping in the video's caption:

"I'm not buying any strawberries any more."

Reply to @pureconfidence Part 2! I’m not buying any strawberries anymore… 😂#fyp #fypシ #DealGuesser

Including all of the footage of the earlier video, the second video also captured @pureconfidence scolding the woman as her camera lay in her grocery cart.

"I don't think you're supposed to be touching the strawberries."

The woman could be less than clearly heard, but according to a reply to @pureconfidence, her response was she planned to buy each of the cartons she opened.

The video ended with @pureconfidence responding to her, simply saying, "I hope so."

Once more, TikTokers responded with a mix of disgust and indifference, though more people seemed to side with @pureconfidence this time, finding the woman's behavior unsanitary.

Pandemic or not, it is surprising people would think rifling through food other people will eventually buy with their bare hands was an acceptable practice.

One has little doubt the over 2 million viewers of the first video will be washing their produce extra carefully going forward.

Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin Hit With Pushback After Offering Surprising Invite To MTG

Georgia MAGA Republican Representative and QAnon conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene has found herself on the wrong side of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump, but on the right side of history when it comes to protecting women and children from sexual predators.

The split began in earnest with MTG's support of Kentucky Republican Representative Thomas Massie's discharge petition to force a House vote on Massie's bill, cosponsored by California Democratic Representative Ro Khanna: HR 185, the Epstein Files Transparency Bill.

Mamdani won this month's election to become the next mayor of New York City, successfully weathering Islamophobic and racist attacks. The win marked a turning point in U.S. politics—Mamdani is a democratic socialist preparing to lead the global financial capital—and sent shockwaves around the world.
