Relax-this isn't the plot of Kingsmen 2.

Martha Stewart, beloved home-making TV personality, has announced she's going into business with little miss Mary Jane THC herself—but it's not exactly in the capacity you would imagine.

Stewart announced that she would be entering into a partnership with Canadian THC grower Canopy Growth in order to give rise to hemp-derived CBD (Cannabidiol) products.

CBD is "a chemical occurring in cannabis plants. It is possible to add CBD oil to food, and an increasing amount of evidence suggests that it may improve mental health, particularly anxiety. It does not seem to have adverse side effects."

Specifically, Stewart will be coming on board Canopy's advisory team in order to help develop a new line of animal health products. The company's long term goals include finding ways to develop products that have positive effects on human and animal health.

"I am delighted to establish this partnership with Canopy Growth and share with them the knowledge I have gained after years of experience in the subject of living."

Stewart added:

"I'm especially looking forward to our first collaboration together, which will offer sensible products for people's beloved pets."

Following Canada's decision to legalize recreational use of marijuana, new ideas for developing products to include the plant have been showing up at a fast rate. NBC says Canopy Growth's decision to partner with "iconic names like Stewart are key to building consumer trust."

"Even though people are becoming more comfortable with cannabis, there's still some taboo they'll need to overcome. And that's where celebrity partnerships and joint ventures come in handy."

"As soon as you hear the name Martha, you know exactly who we're talking about," said Bruce Linton, Canopy Growth chairman and co-CEO.

"Martha is one of a kind and I am so excited to be able to work alongside this icon to sharpen our CBD product offerings across categories from human to animal."

Canopy also currently holds a partnership with Snoop Dogg, whom Martha Stewart has an adorable long-time friendship with.

AOC Saves The Day By Giving Bronx Middle School Group A Tour Of The Capitol Amid Shutdown

New York Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had people cheering after she stepped in to act as tour guide after a group of middle schoolers from the Bronx pulled up to the Capitol hours after the U.S. government officially shut down.

The federal government shut down early Wednesday after the White House and Congress failed to reach an agreement on federal spending. While Senate Democrats are in the minority, they hold enough seats to filibuster and are insisting that Republicans agree to extend federal subsidies for people insured under the Affordable Care Act.

GOP Lawmaker Sparks Outrage After Calling For Dem Rep. To Be Executed For Urging People To Protest Trump

On Wednesday, September 25, an Arizona MAGA Republican state Representative publicly called for the execution of Washington Democratic Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal because she urged anyone displeased with MAGA Republican President Donald Trump's job performance to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech and to protest.

Apparently, urging citizens to make their voices heard was a step too far for Arizona state GOP Representative John Gillette, who responded to a clip edited out of a longer video by right-wing account The Patriot Oasis (TPO). A quick scan through Gillette's X account media posts will reveal his political leanings.

Liberal TikToker Mortified After Discovering That Her Therapist Is Hardcore MAGA

There used to be a time where politics did not have to come into every room or be a part of every conversation. But in a world with President Trump and MAGA, it's not as simple as being Red, Blue, or Green anymore.

Now, the sociopolitical climate is dangerous for many people and still very stress-inducing for others. It's important to surround ourselves with people who make us feel safe and seen—and unfortunately, that might mean cutting out people who have "different beliefs" than we do.
