Rob McElhenney, aka Mac from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, made an unexpected appearance in Westeros this past Sunday.

The other man who got an arrow straight through his forehead was Martin Starr from Silicon Valley.
McElhenney is most famous for his role as Ronald "Mac" McDonald in It's Always Sunny, but has also appeared on The Mindy Project and will be working on the upcoming Mythic Quest both on-screen and off as a lead, creator, and a producer.both on-screen and off as a lead, creator, and a producer.
