Woman Mortified After Sending Her Personal Trainer Underwear Photos—Much To His Girlfriend's Dismay

We've all had a misunderstanding at some point that resulted in something embarrassing.

But most of us can say we haven't accidentally sent very revealing photos to someone who didn't want them.

Radio broadcaster Gemma Hill did, though, after diligently following the directions of her personal trainer (PT).

Hill's PT instructed her to take progress photos to help track her fitness journey.

"I got a PT, and he told me to take 'before' photos in my underwear."
"He said, 'Don't breathe in, no good angles, just be honest.'"

But what Hill misunderstood was what to do after she had taken the photos.

Hill shared the whole mortifying experience in a now-viral TikTok video, which you can watch here:

Hill recalled:

"So I took my photos in my bra and panties and sent them to him."

Her PT sent her a laugh reaction emoji and said:

"Hey, sorry Gem, I meant to take the photos for yourself, not to send them to me. So you can check your progress."

Hill was mortified.

"OMG (oh my god), I'm so sorry. What a t**t. I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry."

Her PT tried to comfort her, but he actually made it worse.

"Lol (laughing out loud), no, I don't ask my clients send me pictures in their underwear."
"I was eating dinner with my girl. She's quizzing me, 'Who is this chick?'"

TikTokers were embarrassed right along with her.

Others said the directions weren't clear and she shouldn't feel bad.

It sounds like Hill made a totally honest mistake, thinking she needed to take the photos and then send them along to her trainer. Some trainers do keep before and after records or even vision boards, after all.

But the TikTok community was quick to comfort HIll.

We're all human, after all, and we all make mistakes.
