Back to the Future stars Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd had a heartfelt reunion this past weekend at New York Comic Con. The duo are famous for playing the characters of Marty McFly and Doc Brown in the 1980s hit trilogy of films.

Fans can't seem to get enough of a wholesome moment when the two were set to head the Back to the Future: Reunion event. Upon initially spotting each other, Fox and Lloyd met at center stage and took each other up in a warm embrace.

The video of their encounter has since blown up on social media with one clip receiving almost 10 million views on Twitter.

You can see the viral video below:

It's well known Fox and Lloyd enjoyed an immediate chemistry on the Back to the Future set.

Initially the role of Marty McFly was to be portrayed by actor Eric Stoltz. However, after six weeks of production Fox was subsequently recruited after the producers felt he was a better fit for the role.

The coupling of Fox and Lloyd proved to be a dynamic box office success with each of the time travel movies grossing over two hundred million dollars. The trilogy became one of the most popular film franchises of all time.

At New York Comic Con, Fox showered his former costar with praise dubbing him as "brilliantly entertaining" and "the king of exposition".

He also treated the audience to his iconic line to Lloyd from their first movie.

"So you built a time machine out of a DeLorean?"

This line is in reference to the car, a 1981 DeLorean DMC-12, which Marty and Doc used to travel through time in each of the three films.

Naturally, social media is absolutely buzzing with clips of the pair's meetup.

Fans also shared pics of the duo.

Fox has struggled with Parkinson's disease after being diagnosed at just 29 years of age.

The actor is an advocate for Parkinson's research and treatment through the Michael J. Fox foundation—a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure. Fox has raised over $1.5 billion for research into the disease.

Many hail him as a hero for his efforts.

At the reunion, Fox commended Lloyd for giving him support since his diagnosis in 1991.

“Parkinson’s is the gift that keeps on taking, but it’s a gift, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.”
“People like Chris have been there a lot for me, and so many of you have. It’s not about what I have, it’s about what I’ve been given, the voice to get this done, and help people out.”

At the moment there is no cure for Parkinson's disease, however people like Fox are helping to bring us closer to finding one.

Design For New Commemorative Coin Featuring Trump Just Dropped—And People Can't Believe It's Real

On March 19, the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts (CFA), comprising people appointed by MAGA Republican President Donald Trump, unanimously approved a final design concept proposed for a 24-karat gold United States semiquincentennial commemorative coin.

Instead of featuring the Declaration of Independence or some other images central to the foundation of the nation in 1776 or more universally recognized symbols from the last 250 years, the CFA chose a sketch based on a photo of Trump leaning over the Resolute desk in the Oval Office for the coin's obverse or "heads" side.

Gavin Newsom Said What We're All Thinking About Trump's Decision To Deploy ICE To Airports

After President Donald Trump moved to deploy ICE agents to U.S. airports amid a partial government shutdown that has caused exceptionally long delays at TSA lines nationwide, California Governor Gavin Newsom pointed out exactly why the move is so troubling for citizens and non-citizens alike.

ICE agents are still getting paid during the shutdown, unlike TSA agents, who are currently working unpaid and struggling amid the affordability crisis. News outlets have confirmed ICE agents have been deployed in airports that serve Democratic strongholds, particularly John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia Airports (New York), O'Hare International Airport (Chicago), and others.
