Cher Admits She Almost Had A Nip Slip At The 'Mamma Mia 2' Premiere Due To A Body Suit Mix-Up 😳

As paparazzi flashed their cameras at Monday's London premiere of Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again, Cher nearly flashed her nipple at a the red carpet event, thanks to a wardrobe mix-up.

The iconic singer, who plays Amanda Seyfried's grandmother in the new movie musical, blushed over trying to partially conceal her lacy bodysuit. Rest assured, her cast mate got her covered.

Chuckling over the mishap, Cher told Access Hollywood that underneath her long black trench coat and wide-legged slacks was the wrong sized bodysuit.

I am actually wearing the wrong bodysuit. They sent the wrong bodysuit! It is one size too small and I keep saying to everybody, like, 'Amanda [Seyfried], Amanda [Seyfried], make sure my jacket is shut!

Her slightly demure reaction was a departure from her former, more provocative self, who was once deemed by fashion legend Bob Mackie as the "Reigning Queen of the Naked Dress."

The iconic Believe singer told guest correspondent Tim Vincent how much the Mamma Mia cast embraced her on set.

Everyone really made me at home and welcomed and loved and all that.

The 72-year-old Dancing Queen also chatted about being reunited onscreen with her co-star, Meryl Streep, 69, who plays Cher's daughter in the musical's prequel (via flashbacks). The pair was last seen on the red carpet after starring together in the critically acclaimed drama, Silkwood, from 1987.

They have been inseparable ever since.

We've been friends all this time. Girls have all kinds of things to talk about.

When Vincent pressed her for more details about what the two gals gab about whenever they catch up, Cher simply laughed and said, "It's personal and I'm not telling." Nice try, Vincent.

Later, People TV live-streamed a Facebook interview in which Cher commented on the age gap between herself and Streep in the film, despite playing mother and daughter, and said it made no difference.

I was thrilled to death, and it was so silly. It was great fun, and I love her [Meryl], so it was perfect.

And while some winced at the mere mention of the thankfully averted wardrobe malfunction, many are saying "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" for the Super Trouper's brief cameo in one of the most anticipated feel-good movies of the summer.

Here We Go Again reunites the characters from the film as Seyfried's Sophie prepares for motherhood. The movie whips audiences through intermittent series of flashbacks, featuring a younger Donna Sheridan (Streep) portrayed by Lily James, which justifies Cher's role in the film as Donna's mother.

"Voulez-Vous" be there when the film opens on Friday, July 20? "Honey, Honey," Cher hopes so.

Trump Ripped For Hypocrisy After Claiming He 'Doesn't Know' Who Crypto Founder He Just Pardoned Is

President Donald Trump was criticized after he claimed during a sit-down interview with 60 Minutes correspondent Norah O'Donnell that he doesn't know who Binance cryptocurrency exchange founder Changpeng Zhao is despite pardoning him less than two weeks ago.

In 2023, Zhao pleaded guilty to violating anti–money laundering laws after Binance allegedly failed to report suspicious transactions involving groups such as Hamas and al-Qaida. He later apologized, paid a $50 million fine, and served nearly four months in prison before being pardoned by Trump.

Gavin Newsom Expertly Trolls Trump Administration With Parody Spirit Halloween Costume Memes

California Governor Gavin Newsom had social media users cackling after he, in a series of photos on X, mocked Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with photoshopped meme versions of Spirit Halloween costumes.

Noem, who has led the nationwide immigration crackdown that continues to tear apart families around the country, is the "Border Barbie" of one meme that pokes fun at her for shooting her dog, her penchant for bringing camera crews wherever she goes, and the way South Park writers lampooned her in one of its most widely-seen episodes this year.
