"No bartender has ever stepped in for me and that's why I thought it was so great and everyone should hear about it," Allie said.

"You never know what could have happened...Say he didn't step in and this guy followed me and my friend out when we left."

Women on Twitter thanked Gutierrez for his work keeping patrons safe.

Gutierrez said that he doesn't think of himself as a "hero."

"I was just doing my job," he said.

The frequency of people being harassed In public without any assistance is far too high. Anyone who has felt in physical danger from another patron knows it's not often someone steps up to their aid.

On behalf of those people, Mr. Gutierrez, we salute you.

Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
