Woman Stunned To Discover A Naked Man Has Been Living In The Trunk Of Her Car For Three Days

There's very little that's more distressing than discovering that your car has been broken into.

But how about discovering your car has been broken into and the man who broke into your car has been living in your trunk for three days?

The only thing which could make this particular scenario even more strange and unsettling is finding this man in the trunk of your car stark naked.

Unbelievable as such a scenario might seem, this is exactly what happened to mechanic Bethany Coker.

Perhaps aware this was a story which had to be seen to be believed, Coker documented her experience in a pair of videos shared on her TikTok account @bethanycoker.

In the first of two videos, Coker revealed upon getting into her car following a late night out with friends, she discovered the passenger seat completely covered in mud.

Coker expressed her bewilderment at the situation in the video's caption.

"~my car was home all night while we were out wheeling til 2am and I started it up this morning not paying attention, only to come back to get in it, and notice the MUD."

Coker further expressed her confusion, as well as anger, at the state she discovered her car in at the beginning of the video, before capturing herself giving the passenger seat a deep, thorough cleaning.

Coker ended the video with her theory of how her car ended up in the filthy state she found it in.

"The only logical explanation is that a f*cking muddy a** homeless man slept in my f*cking car last night!"

Coker was at least partially correct in her assessment.

Coker discovered there had, indeed, been a man who was sleeping in the trunk of her car for the previous three days, as she shared in her second video.

Coker also revealed in the video's caption when she discovered this mystery man in her car, he wasn't wearing a stitch of clothing.

"This guy has been in my trunk since SATURDAY fully naked. It’s currently Tuesday. Guess I found out where the mud came from…"

Coker asked the man, who hid his face behind the center console of the backseat of her car, both why he was in her car, and if he was indeed naked.

Answering the latter question in the affirmative, the mysterious naked man declared his being in Coker's car was a "right of passage."

When asked how he managed to get into Coker's car the man claimed he was "the son of the pope", resulting in an all too understandable "what the f*ck" from Coker.

The video then cut to the police arriving at Coker's car, with the unknown naked man's legs hanging out from the trunk.

The man asked the officers on the scene if he could "put his pants on", which the officers said would be greatly appreciated, with some confused amusement rather easily detected in their responses

One of the officers on the scene was clearly no less befuddled than Coker by this unique incident, telling her:

"I’ll tell you, in my whole career, I’ve never come across anything like that."

After Coker posted the second video, it dawned upon many of her nearly 45 thousand TikTok followers her nude trunk-squatter was in the trunk of her car while she was filming the first video.

Many of the nearly 12 million viewers of the second video were unable to hide their amusement and disbelief in the comment section, with some particularly impressed by Coker's composure throughout this truly unbelievable experience.

As expected, the mystery man was not the son of any pope, past or present, but was apparently a missing person who has since been placed in a psychiatric ward as Coker would reveal in the comment section.

However bizarre and unsettling this experience likely was for Coker, as well as the mystery man in the car, it now seems like it was a stroke of good luck she found him and managed to keep her cool while speaking to him, as he will now hopefully be able to get all the help he needs.
