Dorsey instructed everyone to just 'keep calm' amid Musk's attempts at wiping any traces of Twitter from existence.

Users of Elon Musk's social media platform Twitter X have shared their thoughts on the owner's rebranding of the site in his attempt to completely wipe away traces of the Twitter of old, including, sadly, even getting rid of "all the birds."

The logo has already been replaced on the site and the headquarters now illuminate with the 24th letter of the alphabet.

And while the twitterverse has expressed its confusion (and exasperation) over yet another one of Musk's antics, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey offered a cryptic response to the situation.

He tweeted:

"Keep calm and just x through it."

Okayyyy.

Many reacted to Dorsey's tweet by urging him to resurrect the platform they once knew and loved.

Some wondered if Dorsey's tweet meant that he is on board with the transition.

And others are just over all of the changes Musk has made since obtaining the platform in October, claiming they, too, will transition... to Meta's Threads.

Dorsey, along with Noah Glass, Biz Stone and Evan Williams, founded Twitter in 2006, acquiring more than 100 million followers by 2012.

Last year, Musk bought the platform for $44 billion, but it is presently assessed around $15 billion, barely a third of what he paid for it.

Mark Zuckerberg's Threads, however, amassed 100 million users in just five days following its July 5 launch.
