A STEM school in Atlanta, Georgia received a pleasant surprise from an unexpected guest during an event thrown by Good Morning America at their school.

Imagine the looks on the girls of Coretta Scott King Young Women's Leadership Academy when Lupita Nyong'o came on stage and addressed them directly as the future leaders of the country.

Nyong'o told the students:

"I feel like I'm looking into the faces of the future and it gives me deep hope to see how open, how alive and how positive that future could be."
"When I look into this room I see problem solvers. I see creative thinkers."
"I see activists...but most importantly I see women who are learning how to learn and learners change the world."

The actress continued:

"The ability to learn is what will get you through school but it's also what's going to get you through life."
"Your superpower is learning."

The star then concluded her speech by giving the students the signal for "Wakanda Forever" from Black Panther.

The project that Lupita was speaking for, funded by GMA, partners with DonorsChoose.org to:

"help fund teachers, students and schools around the country."

The non-profit announced a new campaign called #ISeeMe to fund classroom projects from:

"underrepresented teachers and all project requests that reflect their students' identities."

Coretta Scott King Academy is already making huge strides in the state of Georgia by being the first all female student body of color.

The school's own motto mirrors Lupita's sentiments:

And the girls are sure to be inspired for a bright future ahead, with their rigorous curriculum backing them up and stars like Lupita and Bernice King, Coretta Scott King and Martin Luther King Jr.'s youngest daughter, in their corner.

King said to the girls on Thursday:

"My mother would be super proud today because she said 'women are the soul of the nation and to be saved you must become a soul' and these young ladies are the soul of our nation."
"Don't give up and don't let anybody tell you you can't because you were put on this Earth for a reason.
"Each one of you are an answer to a question and a solution to a problem, so go out there and solve whatever it is that's in your heart and go out there and answer those difficult questions in our world."

'Latinas For Trump' Co-Founder Gets Brutal Wakeup Call After Calling Out Trump For 'Inhumane' Immigrant Arrests

Florida Republican state Senator Ileana Garcia was criticized after she—the founder of Latinas for Trump—denounced the Trump administration's "inhumane" arrests of immigrants and said that she and other Trump supporters had not "voted for" this, completely ignoring that President Donald Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do.

Garcia spoke out after Florida Republican Representative Maria Elvira Salazar released a statement expressing that she is “fully aware” of—and “heartbroken” over—the Trump administration’s recent immigration measures. Salazar said these actions have “left thousands exposed to deportation” and threatened “our duty to due process that every democracy must guarantee.”
