Rudy Giuliani Does Bizarre Impression Of The Queen During Rambling Speech At 9/11 Dinner
Real America's Voice/Twitter

Rudy Giuliani left viewers confuzzled after he did a strange impression of Queen Elizabeth II during a rambling speech at a dinner commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks.

You can hear his remarks in the video below.

Putting on a fake British accent, Giuliani claimed to have turned down the Queen's offer of a knighthood.

"She said, 'You did a wonderful job on September 11. And therefore I'm making you an honorary knight, commander of the royal something or other."

Giuliani said he turned down a knighthood "because if you took a knighthood, you had to lose your citizenship."

In October 2001, the Queen named Giuliani Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his "outstanding help and support to the bereaved British families in New York."

Giuliani was honored after receiving wide praise for his actions following the attacks, which took place during his second term as New York City's mayor.

His title does not allow him to use the honorific "Sir," though he is allowed to put the initials K.B.E. after his name.

Strangely, Giuliani pivoted to defending Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, who was recently served with a lawsuit from Virginia Guiffere, who has accused him of sexually assaulting her while she was coercively sex trafficked by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Giuliani said:

"I know Prince Andrew is very questionable now. I never went out with him. Ever!"
"Never had a drink with him, never was with a woman or young girl with him. Ever, ever, ever."

Giuliani's behavior left many viewers confused.

Those weren't the only odd remarks Giuliani made during the event.

At one point, he called General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, an "idiot" for describing Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan as "not strategically important."

"I wanted to grab his stars and shove it down his throat and say, 'it's 400 miles from China, a******!"
"China is going to be our enemy for the next 40 years! You have an airbase 400 miles from them and you're giving it up?"
"Idiot! What the hell is wrong with you? Who pays you? Christ!"

Giuliani's remarks came a day after Igor Fruman, one of his associates, pleaded guilty to solicitation of a contribution by a foreign national.

Giuliani has not been charged and denies any wrongdoing.
