The actor and 'Jeopardy!' host posted a selfie of her 'Live Long And Prosper' pendant given to her by the late 'Star Trek' star's family.

Mayim Bialik honored the memory of the late Star Trek actor Leonard Nimoy on what would have been his 92nd birthday with a special Instagram post.

In the first of two photos in her carousel post on Instagram, the Celebrity Jeopardy! host smiled while wearing an emblematic pendant in the shape of a hand giving the Vulcan "Live Long and Prosper" salute Nimoy's character Spock often gestured in the iconic sci-fi TV series.

The pendant was given to her by Nimoy's family.

The accompanying caption Bialik wrote in Saturday's post read:

"In honor of Leonard Nimoy's 92nd Birthday today, I'm proud to be wearing the LLAP Pendant which was given to me by his daughter and son-in-law, Julie Nimoy and David Knight."

She concluded her post wishing Nimoy a Happy Birthday.

In the second photo, Bialik showed a "Certificate of Flight" dated December 11, 2021 that confirmed the pendant "flew to space above the KΓ‘rmΓ‘n Line" courtesy of the sub-orbital spaceflight services company, Blue Origin.

Bialik continued to explain the significance of the special gift worn around her neck.

"The pendant is very special to his family not only because the LLAP [Live Long and Prosper] symbol was so loved by Leonard but it's the same pendant that was on-board Blue Origin's space flight last year commemorating his legacy and his lasting wish for peace, tolerance and unity in the future!"

Social media users commented on the pendant and also paid tribute to their favorite Star Trek actor.

Nimoy's Star Trek legacy spans over six decades from the 1960's to his final appearance in 2013.

In 1966, he originated his character of Spock in the original Star Trek TV series and continued reprising the role within the franchise–including Star Trek: The Animated Series, the first six Star Trek films, Star Trek: The Next Generation and finally the J.J. Abrams film reboots of the original series characters beginning in 2009.

As his acting career flourished in the 1950s, Nimoy also served in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant in the Special Services–an entertainment branch of the American military from 1953 to 1955.

After announcing his semi-retirement in April 2010, Nimoy continued work as a voiceover actor and even provided his voice as Spock in the fifth season of The Big Bang Theory for the episode, "The Transporter Malfunction."

In addition to acting, Nimoy was a film director, photographer, author, singer and songwriter.

Days before his death, Nimoy shared some of his poetry on social media.

His last Twitter post read:

"A life is like a garden."
"Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP."

'South Park' Hits Back At Kristi Noem's Gripe About Show With Hilarious Profile Photo Change

South Park began its 27th season doing what they do best: skewering public figures that take themselves too seriously. The season premiere focused on MAGA Republican President Donald Trump and his alleged micropenis to the delight of old and new fans.

For the second episode, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone turned their focus to infamous puppy (and goat) killer Kristi Noem, South Dakota's former Republican Governor that Trump tapped to head up the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and oversee Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
