Lil Nas X's brain continues to outdo everyone else's in the 21st century. Nas, who is promoting his upcoming album Montero, has now upped his promo game with a series of billboards threatening to sue....himself.

Nas erected at least 4 billboards around Hollywood that each feature either him or the American flag. In each billboard, he touts things that may entitle the viewer to financial compensation, such as "Gay?" and "Do you hate Lil Nas X?"


Nas has consistently been delivering the message with the songs out from Montero so far that he knows his blackness, homosexuality, flamboyance, and age are the number one things that people bring against him as complaints.

He has also consistently delivered the message that he will lean into those things even harder if it gets him pushback.






Montero, the album, was released on September 17, 2021 and features 15 tracks and appearances by other artists such as Miley Cyrus and Megan Thee Stallion.

The lead single from the album, "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" came out in March and was met by a lot of resistance, as the music video depicted Lil Nas X doing a pole dance to hell, and giving a lap dance to Satan.






As well as the full album release, Nas also released the song "Industry Baby" as a single as well as the music video for the track earlier this summer.

Like "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," "Industry Baby"'s music video features several implicit instances of male sexual contact, something Lil Nas X has pledged to feature in his music.






Montero is now available for purchase and streaming anywhere you can purchase or stream music.
