While wiping out unwanted blemishes and wrinkles through image editing apps like Facetune is a skill offered to amateurs, not everyone is adept at using it.

When Callista Gingrich—the 3rd wife of former House Speaker, Newt Gingrich—wished everyone a "lovely weekend" and posted a photo of herself and her husband on social media, it was apparent that her photo editing prowess was sorely lacking.

Her forehead appears to have been taken over by a giant blurry patch that does not blend in with the edges.

If she meant to smooth out any wrinkles, she definitely accomplished her goal, but left her husband hanging without any digital manipulation.

The result is a photo that is a major study in contrasts.

It did not take long before, socialite, former model, and author Chrissy Teigen took notice of the awkward portrait.

She called out the Facetune fail with an indirect message to the politician on Twitter.

"get u a girl who will Facetune u both."

Teigen then kindly offered her photo editing services and gave Newt the treatment she thought he deserved with a short clip demonstrating his before-and-after treatment.

She followed up with a one-word tweet describing the result.

People gave props to Teigen's skillful touch and philanthropy.

Despite Teigen's retouching efforts, people still saw the former 2012 GOP presidential candidate for who he was at face value.

Others tried their hand at adjusting the photo.

The Daily Dot noted that Callista appeared to have discovered the Facetune app in 2018 and was using it excessively.

Callista Bisek, 54, was a House of Representatives staff member who had an affair with Gingrich and became his third wife eight months after leaving office.

She is 23 years his junior.

Kamala Harris Brought In More Money In Her 'Opening Weekend' Than 'Twisters' Did—And Wow

Vice President Kamala Harris raised more than $81 million in 24 hours after officially launching her election campaign—an amount that surpasses even the opening weekend haul of the blockbuster movie Twisters.

Twisters, directed by Lee Isaac Chung, is a standalone sequel to 1996's Twister that's received generally positive reviews from critics since its release this past weekend. The movie made $80.5 million over its opening weekend—just shy of what Harris raised in the immediate aftermath since President Joe Biden dropped out of the race and endorsed her to be his successor.
