When You Get Into A Terrible Car Accident But Your Eyeliner Is On Point, You Leave A Glowing Review
(Katvondbeauty)

When you wind up in a car accident, the first thing you can hope for is surviving the wreckage with your body intact. But emerging from the wreckage with your eyeliner with nary a smudge is a huge plus.

Not only was Twitter user Shelby happy to be alive after a passing vehicle knocked her over like a bowling pin, she was thankful for the beauty product that kept her eyes looking fierce as she lay in her hospital gown to snap a selfie.

When Twitter user Lahari (@guadalahari) scoured the Internet looking for eyeliner recommendations, she came across Shelby's glorious review on Kat Von D.'s beauty website, titled: "I was in a car accident and my eyeliner didn't budge."

The review praised the readers' choice award-winning "Tattoo Liner" that is "loaded with a highly pigmented, 24-hour wear formula for bulletproof lines every time." The description can now include car-wreck-proof as well.

June 28th I was pulled over in my car calling for roadside assistance when a distracted driver hit me going 55mph. I was taken via ambulance to the ER where I remained for 8 hours. My mascara was running down my face from crying and all other products had been wiped off in the transfer to the hospital. But not my tattoo eyeliner. I am posting a pick to show you, this product lasts and looks amazing through anything. Never buying any other liner again

The survivor responded to Lahari and further reinforced the fierceness of the product.

Kat Von D Beauty just got a major endorsement. Other customers agree with the eyeliner's effectiveness.

And Shelby's review got some recognition, as well as relief at the news of her survival.

Jasmine Crockett Calls Out Trump's Hypocrisy By Pointing Out How Melania Got Her Visa

Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett pointed out President Donald Trump's hypocrisy on immigration considering how First Lady Melania Trump's pathway to citizenship was possible because she received an "Einstein visa," which is usually reserved for an individual with "some sort of significant achievement."

Speaking during a House Judiciary Committee hearing titled “Restoring Integrity and Security to the Visa Process,” Crockett noted that “the idea that Trump and my Republican colleagues want to restore integrity and security in the visa process is actually a joke," and harshly criticized the Trump administration's immigration crackdown and visa restrictions.

Fox Host Comes To Reporter's Defense After Pete Hegseth Berates Her At Pentagon Briefing

Fox News' chief political analyst Brit Hume came to the defense of Fox national security reporter Jennifer Griffin after their former colleague, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, criticized Griffin as the reporter "who misrepresents the most intentionally what the president says” in a Pentagon news conference.

Hegseth, a former Fox News anchor, had criticized media outlets—including his former network—for what he described as unpatriotic reporting. Hegseth took particular aim at early intelligence assessments suggesting that President Donald Trump's bombing of Iran may not have significantly crippled Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

Fox Host Slams Dem For Dropping An F-Bomb After Praising Trump For The Same Thing Just Minutes Earlier

Fox News host Emily Compagno was criticized after she praised Donald Trump's use of the "f-bomb" earlier this week before condemning Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett's use of the same word—on the same episode of her show, no less.

Trump made headlines this week after admonishing Israel and Iran for violating a ceasefire agreement he'd announced on Truth Social. Although he claimed the ceasefire had been "agreed upon," Iran fired at least six missile barrages at Israel after it was supposed to take effect.
