Trump Official Dragged For Praising Trump With Ridiculous Description Of His 'Leadership' On Fox News
Oct 08, 2025
U.S. Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley was widely mocked for the fawning praise she heaped on President Donald Trump during a Fox News interview this week, telling network personality Jesse Watters that Trump's "muscular leadership" is a welcome change from the previous "stupid era of toxic masculinity."
Watters contrasted Trump’s partisan speech to the Navy this week with former Vice President Kamala Harris’ ongoing book tour.
He asked:
“You have Trump here talking to ten thousand Navy guys and then you have Kamala whining that she didn’t get blown out. What kind of contrast was that this weekend?”
Crowley gushed:
“What a difference a presidency makes, Jesse, right? I mean, we are now totally over that destructive, stupid era of toxic masculinity and now we’re in an era of real masculinity thanks to the bold, muscular leadership of President Trump and our Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.”
“What an incredible day. I was there. I was so privileged to speak before the president. We had over 20,000 people there."
"Sailors, admirals, Gold Star families, veterans. We had some Marines there as well. They went wild! They love this commander in chief, they love the first lady, they love this administration.”
“Why? Because of respect for them. For the American people, for our Constitution, and for real American strength."
"Jesse, this is what all of these military anniversaries and big birthday parties are about. It’s about celebrating 250 years of American strength and military might. We are so back, Jesse.”
You can hear what she said in the video below.
Crowley's claims were so ridiculous that people couldn't help but mock how she sounded.
The speech Trump gave before the Navy that Crowley gushed over has raised controversy because the military is supposed to be nonpartisan.
In the days before Trump’s arrival, one Navy official said some sailors were reminded by their superiors that their oath was to the Constitution and not to any political party, leader, or ideology. The military, they were told, serves the nation, not a faction.
The event was meant to be a celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Navy but Trump, true to form, called it "a rally" the second he took the stage.

U.S. Scientist Wins Nobel Prize in Odd Way!
Oct 08, 2025
In a world where a U.S. president is still openly thirsting for a Nobel Peace Prize, it’s refreshing to know the honor can still go to someone who wasn’t campaigning for it on Truth Social.
Immunologist Fred Ramsdell found out he’d won the 2025 Nobel Prize in Medicine in the most delightfully rugged way possibl: while camping off the grid in Montana. Ramsdell was parked at a campground with his wife, Laura O’Neill, after several days hiking the Rockies, when she suddenly screamed.
O’Neill then yelled at her husband:
“You just won the Nobel Prize!”
The Illinois-born Ramsdell assumed she’d seen a bear. “No, I didn’t,” he told her, his phone still on airplane mode.
But like a good wife, she insisted:
“I have 200 text messages saying that you did!”
It turns out that the only thing stalking Ramsdell that day was international acclaim.
The 64-year-old shares the 2025 Nobel Prize with Mary Brunkow and Shimon Sakaguchi for discovering how the immune system spares healthy cells, work that has transformed treatment for autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn’s disease.
Thomas Perlmann, Secretary-General of the Nobel Assembly at the Karolinska Institute, said it took nearly 20 hours to reach Ramsdell, who was blissfully unplugged in the wilderness.
Perlmann told Reuters:
“They were still in the wild, and there are plenty of grizzly bears there. Fortunately, it was the Nobel Prize. He was very happy and elated and had not expected the prize at all.”
The discovery that earned Ramsdell and his colleagues the award involved identifying regulatory T cells, a crucial mechanism that prevents the body from attacking itself. Scientists are now building on that research to develop improved autoimmune treatments, enhance organ-transplant success, and even strengthen cancer therapies.
The breakthrough doesn’t just explain how the immune system keeps itself in check; it’s rewriting how doctors approach everything from organ rejection to immunotherapy.
By harnessing regulatory T cells, researchers hope to one day “retrain” the immune system to tolerate transplants without lifelong suppression drugs, calm inflammation in chronic autoimmune diseases, and even fine-tune immune responses to better target cancer cells without harming healthy ones.
In short, Ramsdell’s discovery could help medicine move from simply managing disease to reprogramming the body’s defenses altogether.
Olle Kämpe, chair of the Nobel Committee, explained:
“Their discoveries have been decisive for our understanding of how the immune system functions and why we do not all develop serious autoimmune diseases.”
Ramsdell, who works with Sonoma Biotherapeutics, told reporters he was as surprised as anyone.
From his Montana hotel room, he said:
“I certainly didn’t expect to win the Nobel Prize. It never crossed my mind.”
When he’s not changing the course of medical history, Ramsdell likes to disappear into the mountains, joking that he prefers his peace and quiet the old-fashioned way.
The good doctor revealed:
“I spend as much time as I can up in the mountains. We tend to go into the remote areas.”
On social media, people couldn’t get enough of the wholesome way Ramsdell found out he’d won:
Nobel history is full of quirky moments, like Bob Dylan ghosting the committee for weeks after winning in 2016, or the 2011 medicine award that awkwardly went to a laureate who’d already died.
Still, at least none of them ever begged for one on live TV.
Donald Trump, who recently told the United Nations, “everyone says that I should get the Nobel Peace Prize,” is still waiting by the phone. The Nobel Committee, unfortunately for him, prefers things like “peace” and “international cooperation,” not golf diplomacy and Twitter threats.
And changing the name of the Department of Defense to the “Department of War” probably didn’t help his case, either.
My advice: he should give life-saving science a whirl like Dr. Ramsdell. Though let’s be honest—his orange ego could never survive the peer review.

Karoline Leavitt Schooled After Spouting Out Bonkers 'MAGA Math' About Drug Prices
Oct 08, 2025
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was widely mocked after she repeated President Donald Trump's impossible claims that he got pharmaceutical companies to lower their drug prices by more than 100%, saying they are "going to be lowered by “200, 300, 100%.”
Even if Trump’s policy, which is dependent on cooperation from reluctant pharmaceutical companies and speculative future regulatory moves, were to result in a sharp drop in drug prices, it’s mathematically impossible to cut prices by 500% to 1,500%.
Even if every drug were somehow made free, that would represent a 100% reduction. Anything beyond that would mean Americans were being paid to take their medications rather than purchasing them.
Nevertheless, Leavitt said:
"Look, the president is definitely committed to fixing and improving our health care system. You saw it again last week when he had one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world coming into the Oval Office and promising to lower drug prices by 200, 300, 100%, in many cases for various types of drugs for American patients."
"That is a huge fix to a broken system that has been ripping off the American people for far too long, so the president's very committed to this. But right now we need to reopen the federal government and the president is remaining very firm in that position."
RELATED: Trump Hit With Epic Math Lesson After Making Absurd Claim About Lowering Drug Prices
You can hear what she said in the video below.
Her "MAGA Math" made no sense whatsoever—and she was mocked profusely for the bogus claim.
Leavitt’s comments referred to Trump’s recent announcement of an effort to reduce U.S. drug costs, which includes launching a “TrumpRx” website where consumers can purchase discounted medications and securing a sweeping deal with Pfizer to lower the prices of many of its products.
Pfizer became the first pharmaceutical company to fully comply with a letter Trump addressed to industry CEOs over the summer, agreeing to measures the president said he hopes others will soon adopt. Under the agreement, Pfizer will sell drugs to Medicaid and price new medications at “Most Favored Nation” rates, which are the lowest offered in comparable countries.
Pfizer said it will also offer many of its primary care and specialty brand-name drugs at roughly 50% off through TrumpRx, expand domestic manufacturing, and receive a three-year exemption from certain tariffs on imported pharmaceuticals.
However, industry analysts question whether these moves will meaningfully reduce what Americans actually pay for prescriptions, given that drug prices are heavily influenced by insurance coverage and intermediaries such as pharmacy benefit managers that sit between manufacturers and insurers.

UK Conservatives Roasted After Chocolate Bar Criticizing Liberals Contains Epic Typo
Oct 08, 2025
It's the Reform UK Party that is most closely associated with MAGA Republican President Donald Trump, but some members of the Conservative Party—a.k.a. the Tories—have embraced Trump as well, or spouted similar rhetoric.
Now the Tories are borrowing something else from Trump: his spelling prowess.
At the Conservative Party's annual conference which took place in Manchester, England, from Sunday, October 5, until Wednesday, October 8, the party handed out chocolate bars with a label mocking their rivals, the liberal Labour Party.
The blue wrapper on the bars, signed by Tory leader leader Kemi Badenoch, was printed with the slogan:
"When Labour negotiates, Britain loses."
Or, that's what people think it was supposed to say, because...

Instead of "Britain loses," it says "Britian loses."
LBC News correspondent Natasha Clark shared the party favor and the Tory typo in a video filmed at the conference. The footage was shared to the LBC X account with the caption:
"They want to run the country. They can't even spell it right."
"[Natasha Clark] hsa notecid a bti fo a blendur ni teh Troy Praty goodei bga..."
The Tories now find themselves, not the Labour Party, the butt of their barb online.

The Tory goodie bags were handed out to journalists and attendees during the conference.
Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch previously told LBC News:
"I never have gaffes. Or apologising for something that I said. Or that’s not what I meant. I never have to clarify because I think very carefully about what I have to say."
Badenoch might want to rethink that claim.

Dolly Parton's Sister Clears The Air After Post Asking For Prayers For Dolly Sparks Concern
Oct 08, 2025
We've all seen those "VagueBook" posts where someone asks for prayers for a loved one, leaving us to wonder how serious the issue is, what they need prayers for, and most importantly, whether or not they will get better.
Beloved country singer and social advocate Dolly Parton shared last week that she's been a little under the weather lately, largely due to her many commitments that have her going back and forth across the country.
In a touching Instagram post, Parton explained that she would have to postpone her upcoming Las Vegas concert dates, planning to have them at a later time when her health was back to normal.
You can see the post here:
This provoked a wave of concern from fans, but her sister also took a moment on Facebook to speak up about her sister's health.
To show support for her sister and to help lift her spirits, Freida Parton took to Facebook, asking for community prayer.
"Last night, I was up all night praying for my sister, Dolly. Many of you know she hasn’t been feeling her best lately."
"I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I have been led to ask all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors and pray with me."
"She’s strong, she’s loved, and with all the prayers being lifted for her, I know in my heart she’s going to be just fine."
"Godspeed, my sissy Dolly. We all love you!"
You can see the post here:
Her request spread to other platforms, including Twitter (X).
But along with prayers came concern. Given Parton's advancing age and the fact that she's already had to reschedule her events, some fans were worried that this was a sign of worsening health that might not necessarily improve.
In response, Freida Parton shared a follow-up Facebook post, in which she apologized for any confusion.
"I want to clear something up. I didn’t mean to scare anyone or make it sound so serious when asking for prayers for Dolly."
"She’s been a little under the weather, and I simply asked for prayers because I believe so strongly in the power of prayer."
"It was nothing more than a little sister asking for prayers for her big sister."
"Thank you all for lifting her up. Your love truly makes a difference."
You can see the post here:
Fans were relieved to hear that Dolly was on the mend.
It's great to hear that Parton is on the mend and was just in need of some much-deserved rest.
We hope we'll see her back on the road and on the stage soon!
