While a reelection victory for President Donald Trump in November is by no means outside the realm of possibility, the President's chances are looking grim.

Democratic nominee Joe Biden holds strong polling leads in a number of swing states, and many of Trump's most devoted Republican allies are now distancing themselves from him.

Trump seemed to acknowledge that at a recent rally by entertaining the possibility that he'll become a one term President, and he floated what would happen if that becomes the case.

Watch below.

Trump said:

"Can you imagine if I lose, my whole life, what am I going to do? I am going to say I lost to the worst candidate in the history of politics? I am not going to feel so good, maybe I will have to leave the country, I don't know."

With Trump and his antics taking center stage for four years of what critics say have been defined by lies and chaos, there were a number of people ready to hold him to that.

The Biden campaign offered the perfect one word clapback to the idea.

Accompanying the word "Promise?" is a video of Trump vowing never to return to states like Iowa, Ohio, and Minnesota before announcing his intention to leave the country.

Twitter users across the country applauded Biden's response.

The Biden camp wasn't the only one hoping to take Trump up on his offer.

The presidential election is on November 3rd, but early voting is already underway in at least 40 states.
