Oreo Just Debuted Some Interesting And Unusual New Flavors In China 🤢

They've been "America's favorite cookie" or ages, but it looks like they're gunning to be China's favorite too!

When you've been around for over 100 years like Oreos, you've got to find ways to keep people guessing and renew their interest in your product. That's called capitalism, kids!

And the folks at Oreo have pretty much gotten this down to a science, releasing new "blink and you'll miss em" limited edition iterations of the classic sandwich cookie every year. By now there's been tons of them, from "Birthday Cake" to "Peeps," and, of course, "Pumpkin Spice," a flavoring that thus far has never met a product it couldn't get trending on Twitter. With all these wild flavors, Oreo's parent company Mondelez has developed a finely honed talent for keeping social media lit up with talk about its weird and wonderful 106-year-old cookie.

But this? This is … well, this is a whole 'nother: On August 21, Mondelez introduced their two most … let's go with "inventive" flavors yet: Hot Chicken Wing and Wasabi.

So, um… yum? I guess?

I must admit, I am intrigued by the concept of "salty and spicy" flavors "you never knew" could be in an Oreo, as the company described them. Sadly, if you're a glutton for punishment curious soul like me and want to grab a pack for yourself, first of all what is wrong with you grab your passport: they're blessedly unfortunately only available in China.

But while adventurous sorts like us are intrigued, the internet is mostly... well, I don't think mortified is too strong a word here?

And some even got a little, um, heated

(See what I did there? Hot chicken wing, Wasabi, heated? Thank you.)

But others couldn't help but respect the game:

But not everyone was quite so firmly against this:

Guess there's a market for these monstrosities innovative spins on a classic after all!

Democratic Senator Trolls Trump With Hilariously Petty Idea For What To Name Trump's Ballroom When He Leaves Office

Arizona Democratic Senator Ruben Gallego floated the idea to name the new White House ballroom after former President Barack Obama once President Donald Trump leaves office, pointing out it would incense the notoriously thin-skinned president.

Trump recently ordered the demolition of the entire East Wing to make way for a 90,000 square-foot ballroom that will dwarf the size of the White House itself, sparking alarm from historical preservationists and the public alike.
