On the morning of inauguration day, Chrissy Teigen, like many Americans, took to social media to celebrate the end of the Trump Presidency.
On Instagram, Teigen wrote a pretty harsh farewell to Donald Trump, saying:
"History will not be kind to you, you absolute psychopath. But I never was anyhow."
Teigen also wrote of Trump:
"today our great national f'kup is over, but the shame will last forever. with 2 impeachments, the creation of 3 million LESS jobs, 403,000 dead, a record low approval rating and god knows how many crimes, we can officially say Donald J Trump is the greatest at being the f'king worst."
Many on Twitter agreed with Teigen wholeheartedly and looked forward to putting Donald Trump in their rearview mirror.
Teigen also wrote one last stinger for Trump:
"Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to have the guy with barely enough well done steak with ketchup fueled brainpower to power a lightbulb who doesn't even know how to close an umbrella run the country."
Trump's legacy will be an interesting artifact for historians to dissect as America tries to move past him.
If Trump had been more interested in how history would remember him, he would likely have acted very differently during his time in office.
Only time can tell how Trump will be seen by the future, but most people online don't predict a kindly evaluation.
