U.S. Vet Senator Eviscerates Ted Cruz for Bizarre 'Holy Crap' Reaction to Russian Military Ad

Republican Senator of Texas and potential GOP presidential candidate, Ted Cruz, is infamous for his social media squabbles, but a recent post of his saw even more backlash than usual.

Cruz shared a video of a Russian Military ad and a U.S. Military ad, slamming the U.S. ad for its inclusive message.

Watch below.

The Russian military ad features gratuitous shots of shirtless men doing pushups and jumping out of planes, while the animated U.S. Military ad presented a daughter of two moms touting the military as a way to find her "inner-strength."

"Holy crap," Cruz tweeted before calling the ad "emasculated."

Soon, Democratic Senator Tammy Duckworth, who lost both her legs while serving in Iraq when her Black Hawk helicopter was shot by a rocket-propelled grenade, responded to Cruz's tweet.

Duckworth was alluding to the siege of the United States Capitol by pro-Trump extremists this past January. The insurrectionists were motivated by former President Donald Trump's lies regarding the validity of the 2020 election. Cruz not only amplified these lies, but objected to the counting of electoral votes in swing states Trump lost, even after the riots unfolded.

People largely sided with Duckworth.

Cruz later used a homophobic slur to insist he wasn't mad the original tweet backfired.

But the hits kept on coming—many from people who actually served in the armed forces.

Ted Cruz has never served in the military.

Trump's Bonkers Response To MAGA Voter Begging Him To Lower Grocery Prices Is Peak Trump

Trump sat down for an interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier, who shared a message from Regina Foley, a retired North Carolina Trump supporter who "voted for you three different times, but she is not happy about how her prices have not come down, that she sees."

Elon Musk Roasted For His Sputtering Explanation For Why Zohran Mamdani Is A 'Swindler'

Billionaire Elon Musk was widely mocked after he couldn't explain why he believes New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani is a "charismatic swindler" and struggled to form a coherent sentence during an appearance on conservative pundit Joe Rogan's podcast.

Musk appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience just before Tuesday's election result, which saw Mamdani, a democratic socialist, beat back the establishment despite months of racist and Islamophobic attacks from the right-wing.
