Sarah Sanders Told Trump Rally That 2024 Is A Choice Between 'Normal Vs. Crazy'—And Everyone Had The Same Response

After Sarah Sanders touted 2024 as a choice between 'normal vs. crazy' during her endorsement of Donald Trump, people had the same thought online.

Republican Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders was caught in a major self-own when she officially endorsed former Republican President Donald Trump's bid for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

Sanders, who served in the Trump administration as the White House Press Secretary from 2017 to 2019, took to the stage at a Trump rally on Wednesday in Hialeah, Florida, and told the MAGA crowd:

“Our country has never needed Donald Trump more than we do right now."
"Tonight, I am so proud to endorse my former boss, my friend, and everybody’s favorite president, Donald J. Trump.”

In her statement, she also commented on the nation's political divide.

"The truth is it's not even a question between the right and left," she said, adding:

"It is normal vs. crazy, and President Biden and the left are doubling down on crazy."

Hmm. Maybe she should've chosen her words more carefully.

You can watch a clip of Sanders' statement here.

Social media users thought nothing could be farther from the truth, and they got a huge kick over which political party she was referring to as being "crazy."

In January 2021, Sanders–whose father and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee–announced her candidacy for Governor of Arkansas.

The 41-year-old was endorsed by Trump.

She won the race on November 9, 2022, and became the state's first female Governor and the youngest Governor in the country.

Prior to Sanders' official endorsement in Hialeah, Trump said in a statement:

"We had great success in the White House and it’s an honor to have Sarah’s endorsement."
"I look forward to having her at the big rally in Hialeah this Wednesday.”
