President Donald Trump—despite his best efforts—has less than a week left in office.

On January 20, President-elect Joe Biden will be sworn in as the President of the United States.

And so, the internet began to wax rhapsodic over what the future might hold for soon-to-be-former President Trump.

Historian Michael Beschloss asked the question:

Immediately people obliged.

Many felt Trump might not be a free man a year from now.




Others felt he might need to find a way to take care of his finances.





And of course there were those who thought fleeing the country might be on the docket.
