Markle shared a never-before-seen video of herself and Prince Harry dancing at the hospital to induce labor to mark 4-year-old daughter Lilibet's birth.

Meghan Markle caused a stir on the internet after posting a never-before-seen video of herself and Prince Harry dancing while awaiting the birth of their now 4-year-old daughter, Lilibet. The Duchess of Sussex shared the video as a birthday tribute to their second-born as she tried to induce labor by showing off her moves to “The Baby Momma Dance.”

Markle captioned the video:

“Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do! 😂”

Dressed in a black dress, Markle can be seen getting her labor on by “doing moves like Beyonce” to the song by artist Starrkeisha, played by Cameron J Henderson. The song was part of a social media trend in 2018, where pregnant baby mamas danced and showed off their baby bumps, including videos posted by Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell and Doctor Who’s Karen Gillan.

Prince Harry makes an appearance in a grey hoodie as his wife beckons him to join her in the hilarious dance. In their defense, healthcare professionals do suggest acupuncture, acupressure, eating dates, sex, spicy food, exercise, and twerking to their favorite songs for inducing labor. So, the Duchess might be onto something.

You can see Harry and Meghan’s moves below:

Their daughter, Princess Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, was born on June 4, 2021, in Santa Barbara. She was named after her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, whose nickname was Lilibet, and her grandmother, Princess Diana. Lilibet is the youngest child of the former royals, who also have a son, Prince Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, born on May 6, 2019.

Markle made a second post dedicated to their daughter’s loving bond with her father:

Princess Lilibet’s 4th birthday comes a month after Prince Harry lost the appeal after a yearlong court battle for government-funded security in the UK to protect him and his family.

Harry discussed his disappointment with the royal family’s disregard for his and his family’s safety with the BBC:

“I thought with all the disagreements and all of the chaos that's happening, the one thing that I could rely on is my family keeping me safe."
"And not only did they decide to remove my security in the U.K., but they also signaled to every single government around the world not to protect us.”

In the meantime, Harry and Meghan continue to live their lives in California as seen in her Netflix show “With Love, Meghan,” and Markle has her own lifestyle brand called “As Ever” that offers a collection of jams, teas, and cookie baking recipe mixes. Her products quickly sold out after the website’s launch on April 2, 2025.

Markle’s birthday video dance tribute for her daughter was met with mixed reactions from fans.

Some praised her for the rare and hilarious glimpse into a private moment:

While others seem tired of the former royals’ antics:

Markle also hosts a podcast, “Confessions of a Female Founder,” which debuted in April and is available to listen to on all major audio platforms. The podcast features interviews with women who have started their own companies and brands, including a recent episode with Tina Knowles, where Markle shared her hopes of one day starting a business with Princess Lilibet.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
