Kate Beckinsale Posts Hilarious Throwback Photos Of Herself As An Old Man To Troll Her Haters

The actor reshared several photos and videos of herself in old age prosthetics and a white suit on Instagram to call out appearance-shaming trolls who insist she got plastic surgery.

Kate Beckinsale is getting back at her haters in the most hilarious way.

Tired of continuing to endure and respond to online appearance-shaming and plastic surgery rumors, the actor shared an image of herself dressed as an old man because it might be "less triggering."

The post has since been deleted, but People reported she captioned the post:

“New deal. This is all you’re getting."
“Hope it is less triggering and more what you consider age appropriate. Sayonara b-----s.”

The photos appeared to be from Halloween 2023 when Beckinsale dressed as Anna Nicole Smith's groom, J. Howard Marshall, donning old age prosthetics and a white suit.

Those photos can be seen below.

Earlier this week, Beckinsale took to Instagram to shut down trolls who had accused her of having plastic surgery following a recent red carpet appearance at the King's Trust Gala, her first public appearance since being hospitalized for unknown reasons.

That response post has also since been deleted, but in her caption she said:

"I hate talking about this because I hate adding to this conversation but I’m doing it because insidious bullying of any kind over time takes a toll."
"These videos might be 20 years apart -maybe more."
"Every time I post anything – and by the way, this has been the case since I was about 30 -I am accused of having had unrecognisable surgery /using Botox using fillers /being obsessed with looking younger, and it’s really such a tiresome and subtly vicious way to bully a person."

Beckinsale continued, saying that has never been the case.

"I don’t actually do any of those things -I’ve even gone to the trouble of having a plastic surgeon categorically state that I don’t and haven’t, and still ,every time there’s a chorus of my God, you’re unrecognisable.""Oh my God PLASTIC,oh my God, you don’t even look like yourself anymore, it happens constantly and it’s usually women that are doing it."

She added that given the loss she endured as a child, she worries more about "getting older" than holding on to her youth.

The actor finished her post:

“I’m posting this knowing full well that it will have absolutely no effect. It isn’t going to stop,” she wrote. “But I’m also posting it because whatever someone looks like, accusing them constantly of things they haven’t done, or being obsessed with youth when actually, currently I’m obsessed with surviving loss, is bullying.”
“Please stop now."

People on social media were quite entertained at the way Beckinsale more recently got back at her critics, though.

Others, however, shared their disappointment that she feels the need to respond in the first place.

While we agree it's a shame Beckinsale has to put up with so much chatter regarding her looks, we do find her latest response pretty amusing.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
