Singer JoJo Siwa was clearly very amused by comedian Chloe Fineman's impression of her on Saturday Night Live, taking to her Instagram to laud Fineman's parody of Siwa's new "bad girl" look.
During Fineman's parody of Siwa, the comedian wore a bedazzled black and silver look reminiscent of one from the musician's recently released "Karma" music video.
While doing a spot-on impression of Siwa's voice, Fineman-as-Siwa said:
"That's right! I'm a bad girl now! Yes, yes, it's a pretty big change. I used to be rainbow sparkles, and now I'm black sparkles. I look like if a figure skater joined a street gang."
[turning to co-star Colin Jost]: "Does it scare you, Colin? Does a former child star looking like this scare you?"
Hilariously, Fineman also attempted to smoke a cigarette and playfully called herself "the first gay girl in the world."

In a post on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Siwa called Fineman's performance "iconic" and stated that she was amazed by the skit:
"ICONIC. I literally don't know what to say. This is f**king crazy. 3 and a half minute skit on SNL...."

Many were equally impressed by Fineman's performance.
In March, Siwa discussed her new music and her "transition" to adulthood with People at the 2024 GLAAD Awards.
At the time, she spoke about the importance of giving her fans a "heads-up" about her change in style and artistic direction. Siwa noted that she wanted to allow her audience the choice to continue following her journey or move on if they preferred.
"It was important to me to give that heads-up and be like, look, if you follow along, that's all you. If you want to go, now's your time. But in the best way possible, now's your time.”
It'll no doubt be interesting to see where Siwa's career goes from here. We just hope to see more parodies as clever as Fineman's in the future.
