Those who work remotely are familiar with the fact that it's easy to get distracted at home and that it can reduce productivity.

There may be a spouse or a child requiring attention or a roommate who doesn't understand boundaries and constantly watches TV with the volume cranked up.

But now that the pandemic resulted in many office workers recently claiming their homes as a workspace, they now have to contend with such interferences–including those from woodland creatures.

Wait, what?

You read that right.

In what has to be a simultaneously comical and horrific scenario, a man who was in a zoom meeting from home had an unexpected visitor.

The reaction to his home invasion has gone viral.

A Twitter clip shared by TikToker @jessposted showed a man losing it and reaching for his conveniently-located baseball bat when he saw a squirrel giving itself a home tour.

His prolonged shriek of terror from seeing the tiny critter was everything.

The clip received rave reviews.

While we don't know much information about where the terrified homeowner lives, the view outside his window indicates the suburban location is fairly lush with vegetation.

As far as the squirrel was concerned, the house was on its property.

So it's not surprising that it came back for another visit.

In a part 3 video, the clip opened with the airborne squirrel startling the homeowner again, this time just outside the front door.

The second he spotted it, the man once again screeched and immediately backed away from the door and waited for the critter to clear the area.

We don't know what the skittish homeowner did to this squirrel, but it looks like the critter has shown him who's boss, 3–0.
