Donald Trump Bashes the Russia Investigation in Twitter Rant

As the first charges in the Russia probe led by Robert Mueller were approved by a grand jury, Donald Trump denounced the investigation again.

The irate commander in chief lashed out over the ongoing investigation over possible collusion with Russia during his presidential campaign.

He went off on a major tirade, saying, "Never seen such Republican ANGER & UNITY as I have concerning the lack of investigation on Clinton made Fake Dossier (now $12,000,000?)"

"...the Uranium to Russia deal, the 33,000 plus deleted Emails, the Comey fix and so much more. Instead they look at phony Trump/Russia."

Trump's rant happened on Sunday morning as Friday's approved charges from a grand jury in Washington could force someone into custody by Monday. It is unclear what the exact charges are.

It didn't take long for Trump to deflect any focus from him towards Hillary Clinton, who he believes is the real culprit behind colluding with Russia. Breitbart News editor Peter Schweizer published a book in 2015, alleging that the Clinton Foundation helped with the sale a Canadian mining company called Uranium One to a Russian nuclear energy agency, giving Moscow over 20% control over America's uranium supply.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel to the Russia probe that James Comey started in the middle of the 2016 presential campaign, authorizing Mueller to examine "any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation."

Picking up where Comey left off, Mueller's team also looked into former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort's foreign lobbying by issuing subpoenas for documents and testimony tied to Manafort and other campaign members who've had meetings with Russians. The Comey-led team recieved approval from the secret court that is also in charge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to keep tabs on Manafort's communication overseas.

Three separate committees on Capitol Hill are also conducting their own investigations of Russian meddling, tightening hold on Trump which he percieves as a "witch hunt." And it's a matter of which hunt, if any, will bring down the curtain on the right culprit.

Meanwhile, the Internet responded to Trump's Twitter tirade.
