Burger King Employee Uses His 'Gay Powers' To Shut Down Customer Who Harasses Female Coworkers

Being a woman working a customer-facing job often means dealing with harassment.

It's so rampant that many companies have official policies or procedures in place to try and prevent (or at least minimize) harassment from male customers.

As is often the case with harassment, though, policies and procedures aren't always enough. Sometimes the harassment continues until someone intervenes to stop it.

Enter Matt (TikTok user @mxtthewcast) and his super power—being really, really gay.

A customer had been coming to his Burger King location and harassing his female coworkers with disgusting commentary and cheesy pick-up lines. When the older man came through the line again, Matt saw his chance to make the man as uncomfortable as he had been making everyone else.

So as the customer approached, Matt set up his camera to film. As Matt handed the man his food, he activated his "gay powers" and dropped the same pick up line the customer had used with a female manager the week before,:

"You know what would look good on you? Me."

And then he winked.

Here's the TikTok showing the moment.

Matt isn't too worried about getting in trouble at work considering this customer is a well-known harasser and his coworkers all thanked him for standing up for them like this.

TikTok is on board with the reverse-harassment also.

They were also dying to know how the customer responded.

Don't worry, we're not going to leave you hanging on that.

According to Matt, the customer was stunned for a second but eventually said something flirty back and drove off. The formerly-frequent customer has only been back one time since.

When asked his motivations for acting without worrying about getting in trouble, Matt's gave the most "gritty superhero re-boot" response ever.

"Some things need to be done."

Epic.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
