As Donald Trump prepared to be arraigned in Jack Smith's investigation into his attempt to overthrow the 2020 election, Joe Biden trolled him with a Dark Brandon mug.

Democratic President Joe Biden recently unveiled a humorous "Dark Brandon" meme in what appeared to be a lighthearted dig at his predecessor, former Republican President Donald Trump, after Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump in connection with his widespread efforts to overturn the 2020 election result.

Trump faces four felony counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States and conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. The indictment further accuses him of attempting to exploit the events of January 6—the day a mob of his supporters attacked the United States Capitol on the false premise the election had been stolen—to further his quest to maintain power.

The meme was shared in a video posted on Twitter, where Biden was seen enjoying a cup of coffee from a "Dark Brandon" themed cup.

In the video, Biden quips, "I like my coffee dark," as he takes a sip from the specially designed cup, which features the meme depicting a seemingly intense and laser-eyed version of himself.

You can watch the moment in the video below.

Twitter users loved it.

The term "Dark Brandon" originated as a play on the conservative phrase "Let's go Brandon," which arose after a newscaster mistakenly claimed a crowd at a NASCAR race was chanting "Let's go Brandon" when they were actually chanting "F**k Joe Biden."

While the meme initially served as a way for conservatives to criticize Biden, it has since been appropriated by his supporters.

The President has long embraced the meme—his campaign even sells T-shirts.

Biden's 2024 presidential campaign is selling "Dark Brandon" T-shirts and coffee mugs featuring a popular version of the meme, with Biden depicted as having glowing red eyes. The shirts are priced from $32 for a small to $35 for a 3XL and are said to be "best worn while vanquishing malarkey," a nod to Biden's "no malarkey" slogan from the 2020 campaign.

Dem Rep. Offers Brutally Accurate Reason For Why He Can't Understand 'The Mind Of Donald Trump'

Massachusetts Democratic Representative Seth Moulton made a fitting observation about President Donald Trump's mind after Trump gave a 20-minute address to the nation about his war in Iran on Wednesday evening.

Trump claimed “core strategic objectives are nearing completion” in the Iran war and vowed to strike Iran "extremely hard" over the next two to three weeks. He said that he would finish the job "very fast," without setting any timeline for ending the war. He pledged to "bring them [Iranians] back to the Stone Ages, where they belong.”

The relationship between Indigenous American nations and the colonizers and later settlers who arrived and established the United States is complicated.

Indigenous peoples were integral parts of the survival and success of early colonizers. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy's Great Law of Peace offered a blueprint for the United States Constitution and the structure of the federal government including the three independent branches offering checks and balances, ideally.

With the United States set to host the 2026 World Cup, a video out of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is drawing attention for a very different reason: showing a man ripping apart an Iraqi soccer fan’s banner and telling them, “Don’t come to America.”

The video, posted on Instagram, shows a group of Iraqi sports fans standing in an airport holding a banner with Arabic and Spanish writing. The fans were there to support Iraq during their World Cup qualifier against Bolivia, which resulted in a 2-1 upset victory earlier that day.
