The moment that caused the driver of the blue car ahead in the video to completely lose his cool seems to be when the driver of the dashcam car takes out her phone to snap a picture of the man and his information.

"Delete the f***ing photo!" he yells at her.

She simply responds:

"You hit my car."

The video was also posted to the PublicFreakout subReddit, where it currently has over 11,000 upvotes.

Redditors were also merciless in their schadenfreude of the drivers in the offending car.

"Haha I like how he tries to take a swing. 'If my wrist didn't hurt from playing runescape in my mom's basement!'"~mrdiego71

"As soon as the fist went up and he approached, the sirens went off. He went 'damn, I can't hit this woman who's making me feel insecure, better go' and the cops were like 'excuse me sir-'"~AnionShade

"That's an illegal lane change on a solid line in canada. I never change lane just before or in the intersection, just looking for accidents."~Unagimasterkarate

"Good old Ballarat just outside Melbourne Australia. Great place to go gold panning and to also see half baked bogans (red necks) in the wild."~apollokobe

"100% blue car's fault."

"Given that the dash cam car was moving into another lane at the start of the clip, the guy probably thought she was still behind him and didn't think there was anyone next to him still, then tried to merge."

"This is why you should always be aware of your surroundings."

"Could she have avoided a collision? Possibly, but we don't know the situation behind the car and he gave very little notice."

"Her best bet would have been to blast her horn to wake the guy up, but it's not her responsibility. Just because you put a blinker on, that does not grant you immediate right of way."

"Not to mention crossing an unbroken line."

"I would love to see some closure on this, any extra dash cam footage or a report."~ShimmyN

The couple remains unidentified to American news sources, but sometimes sweet karma is the most satisfying end to a story.
