Michael Mason, a Trump supporter from Rocklin, California, has filed a restraining order against his neighbors, claiming they've been taunting him ever since the President's loss to Democratic challenger Joe Biden.
Mason told CBS 13 Sacramento:
"I didn't want to do this. They're making me have to do this."
The restraining order would keep the neighbors 100 feet from his home, which he hopes will stop his neighbors' children from starting Joe Biden chants outside (something that he's witnessed on their Ring doorbell).
Mason claims neighbors have also written "BLM" and "LGBTQ" in chalk on his sidewalk.
"I went down there and asked them, 'Well, why didn't you write this in front of your house, or anybody else's house? Why mine?' And they just laughed at me."
A neighbor who lives between the feuding families, Sean Miller, commented:
"It's absolutely insane. 2020 has been kind of a crazy year."
The Mason family is hoping the restraining order will help "keep the peace" until they can move elsewhere.
