'The Voice' Live Playoffs: How It Works & How to Vote

After weeks and weeks of blind auditions, the live shows are finally here. Tonight marks the start of The Voice live playoffs, where fans have the chance to vote in real-time, with real-time results.

If you plan on watching The Voice but aren't quite sure how to vote, look no further. We've got all the details below:


2 Ways to Vote:

During the live broadcasts this week, fans can cast up to 10 votes per artist per team. One way to vote is to use the "The Voice" Official Appwhich is available for download on Google Play, The Apple store, and Amazon Appstore. The app is free.

The other option is to go to Twitter, and tweet your choices by using the hashtags for the singer of your choice. (ie #VoicePlayoffsBritton). You can also retweet the hashtag if it's tweeted by someone else. When it comes to Twitter, only one vote is allowed per artist, per Twitter account.

In order to download The Voice official app, you will need to register by either providing your Facebook login or a valid e-mail address that confirms you are over the age of 13.

When Are The Life Playoffs

The Live Playoff rounds will air three days this week:

Monday @ 8-10pm ET/PT

Tuesday @ 8-9pm ET/PT

Wednesday @ 8-9pm ET/PT

Voting will return to normal on April 23.

Fans of the show are well aware that Blake has won the show six out of the thirteen seasons. This time around, however, Alicia Keys and Kelly Clarkson are said to have stronger teams heading into the live rounds.

On Monday, the top 24 will perform.
