Ryan Reynolds, 43, is reportedly okay after a security barrier collapsed directly in front of him at Comic Con in Brazil.

After fans rushed toward the barrier to get autographs, photos, and handshakes, the barrier separating them from Reynolds quickly buckled under the weight and fell over.

In the video, Reynolds can be seen making a huge leap back onto the stage as the barrier goes down:

Joe Keery from Stranger Things can also be seen in the video.

The accident can be seen from several angles in videos shared on Twitter.

Reynolds recounted the incident in an interview with Entertainment Tonight:

"I think it looked worse than it was," Reynolds said.

"All I was worried about were the people. ... What you could tell is that (the people) were falling, like, 'Oh, they're gonna be fine,' and it's like, 'Oh, but that leg is gonna go,' so I jumped out. But it was, yeah, everyone was fine."

"My only job that [my wife] Blake [Lively] said as I was leaving was, 'Just come home in one piece,' So that was my only job."

Reynolds' next project, Free Guy, also stars Joe Keery.
