Marx told an audience member to 'learn some f**king manners, lady' after she yelled out during a stripped down performance of his song 'Angelia.'

80s icon Richard Marx won't tolerate rude crowd behavior. At a recent concert last week in the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, Marx stopped the show to call out someone who had been yelling out during his performance of his song "Angelina."

“I’m genuinely curious who raised you to think that anything you could yell out was more important than what we were doing...Learn some f**king manners, lady!"

Marx has been on tour with Rick Springfield, also known for his 1980s icon status.

People mostly agreed with Marx's decision.

Many took the moment to make a punny reference to Marx's songs.

Since he is an older singer, many people had not heard of him.

Some commenters noted the probable age range of his fans.

Some people were more critical of Marx's reaction to the fan.

Marx's tour will continue in Australia and New Zealand this February and March.
