On Thanksgiving weekend, the whole Trump family retired to Camp David to relax and enjoy the holiday.

That is, the whole Trump family minus Melania and Barron Trump, who were conspicuously absent in a photo of the first family posted by Daniel Scavino Jr.

According to People:

"First Lady Melania Trump, who revealed the annual Christmas decorations at the White House on Monday, did not appear to travel with her husband to Camp David over the weekend; neither did their teenage son, Barron."
"The President had traveled to his Virginia golf course earlier Friday and then flew from there straight to Camp David, according to the White House."
"The first lady's office did not respond to a request for comment from PEOPLE."

The photo stoked ever-present rumors of marital troubles between Melania Trump and the President.

Perhaps the first lady was hoping to keep herself away from Don Jr., who recently tested positive for the virus.

Twitter came up with countless reasons why Melania may have bailed on Camp David.

Melania tweeted that she spent Thanksgiving counting her blessings.

She didn't specify if that included not spending time with her husband and stepchildren.

It's a shame Melania didn't take advantage of this family trip to Camp David, because they likely won't have a chance to visit again once Joe Biden takes office in January.
