Caitlyn Jenner Ripped For Flaunting Her 'MAGA Red' Dress In Tone-Deaf Pride Month Post

The conservative reality TV star marked the beginning of Pride month by sharing a photo on X of herself driving a car in a red dress—and the LGBTQ+ community is not impressed.

Caitlyn Jenner was widely criticized after she marked the beginning of Pride Month by sharing a photo on X, formerly Twitter, of herself driving a car in a "MAGA red" dress.

She posted the following message along with a photo of herself sitting in a car and wearing the dress in question:

“Rolling into [rainbow flag emoji] month like… IN MAGA RED TOO.”

You can see her posts and a picture of the dress below.

She later wondered if she should "build a gayfolio" for Pride Month, referencing "$Jenner on $ETH," a shameless rebrand of Etherium cryptocurrency she currently hawks to her followers.

Jenner, who is a transgender woman, has long aligned herself with the MAGA movement, which is diametrically opposed to LGBTQ+ equality and has led an attack against transgender rights that culminated in legislation banning or restricting gender-affirming care in GOP-led legislatures in more than half the country.

She is a high-profile supporter of former President Donald Trump, who while in office in 2017 notably announced a ban on transgender individuals serving in the U.S. military.

Reports at the time indicated that Trump's decision to bar transgender individuals from military service came as a response to an internal House Republican fight over sex reassignment surgery which threatened funding for his proposed border wall, which never got off the ground.

White House sources told reporters that Trump's sudden decision "was, in part, a last-ditch attempt to save a House proposal full of his campaign promises that was on the verge of defeat." The announcement still came as a shock, given an abruptness magnified by Trump's decision to declare it—as he often declared policy proposals—via tweet.

People were not impressed with Jenner at all and openly criticized her tone-deaf post.

Recently, Jenner was also criticized for a similarly tone-deaf post after she joined the chorus of right-wingers who've cried foul over the Transgender Day of Visibility falling on Easter.

In his presidential proclamation for this year, President Joe Biden celebrated the Transgender Day of Visibility as an occasion to recognize the remarkable "courage and contributions" of transgender individuals in the United States.

Jenner later lashed out at the Biden administration regardless, saying she was "absolutely disgusted" by Biden having "declared the most Holy of Holy days" to commemorate transgender rights.

However, critics pointed out her hypocrisy, noting her attack is an about-face from her previous remarks about the commemorative day given that on March 31, 2017, she posted a photo of herself flanked by other transgender women that she captioned with a message about there being "no better visibility than with sisters by my side."

Trump Bizarrely Clashes With Reporter Over Photoshopped 'Tattoo' On Abrego Garcia's Knuckles

President Donald Trump sparked criticism after claiming during an interview with ABC News’ Terry Moran that an edited photo depicting tattoos of wrongly-deported Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia showed that he has an alleged connection to the MS-13 gang.

Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national who arrived in the U.S. in 2012, was labeled a threat in 2019 due to an alleged connection to MS-13. He spent months in detention before an immigration judge found he had a credible fear of persecution—not from MS-13, but from a rival group, Barrio 18, which he said had been extorting his family.

Leavitt Lashes Out At Amazon Over 'Hostile' Plan To Display Added Tariff Costs For Products On Website

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt lashed out at Amazon over news that the commerce giant planned to display increased "import charges" on items on their Amazon Haul website, essentially showing to customers the extra money they'd have to shell out as a result of President Donald Trump's tariffs.

Trump has escalated a growing trade war by imposing tariffs of up to 145% on Chinese imports, prompting China to retaliate with its own 125% tariffs on American goods. Additionally, the U.S. has slapped a 10% tax on imports from most other countries, while temporarily suspending higher rates for several nations for 90 days.
