Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign trolled former President Donald Trump's running mate J.D. Vance by releasing a press release criticizing him on World IVF Day, which is celebrated each year to acknowledge and honor the significant contributions embryologists have made in the field of fertility treatment and reproductive medicine.

The campaign first highlighted remarks Vance made about taking away voting power from “people who don’t have kids":

"When you go to the polls in this country as a parent, you should have more power, you should have more of an ability to speak your voice in our democratic republic than people who don't have kids."
"Let's face it, the consequences and the reality. If you don't have enough of an investment in the future of this country, maybe you shouldn't get nearly the same voice. Now people will ... criticize me for this in the coming days."
"“Doesn't this mean that non-parents don't have as much of a voice as parents? Doesn't this mean that parents get a bigger say in how our democracy functions? Yes. Absolutely."

You can hear what he said in the video below.

The campaign then followed up with the following press release titled “Happy World IVF Day To Everyone Except JD Vance" taking aim at Vance for his remarks:

"True to form, J.D. Vance is marking World IVF Day by insulting couples struggling with infertility, demeaning women's choices and their freedoms, and reminding voters about his and Donald Trump's anti-IVF Project 2025 agenda."
"It's par for the course for Vance, who voted against legislation to protect IVF access, and his boss Donald Trump, who promised to fight 'side by side' with opponents of IVF and refuses to commit to vetoing a law that would endanger IVF access in all 50 states."
"Trump, Vance, and their entire party have made it clear that they stand against women and their ability to start a family when and how they choose - and voters will make their stance clear by electing Kamala Harris this November."

Kamala Harris campaign's World IVF Day press release attacking J.D. VanceHarris for President

Many loved the press release—and joined the Harris campaign in criticizing Vance.

The press release was a direct attack against Vance's record of opposition to reproductive rights and bodily autonomy across the nation.

As a Senator, Vance also voted against a bill to safeguard access to IVF, introduced legislation to criminalize doctors providing medically necessary healthcare to transgender youth, and pledged to support a national abortion ban.

Additionally, Vance has argued against allowing victims of rape and incest to access abortion care. He has pushed back against criticisms by arguing that the matter is "not whether a woman should be forced to bring a child to term, it’s whether a child should be allowed to live, even though the circumstances of that child’s birth are somehow inconvenient or a problem to the society."

Meghan McCain Speaks Out After Video Of Her Sparks Cruel Comments From Body-Shaming Trolls

When it comes to sensitive subjects, some people make derogatory comments instead of having a hard conversation, either to pivot the focus or to try to feel superior.

In a podcast episode from just over a week ago, "Mamdani's Talent Knows No Limitations," Meghan McCain openly praised New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani and said plainly that Republicans "would be in trouble" and "should be scared" if the possibility were to ever arise for him to be able to run for President.

Viral TikTok Of Farmers Market Worker Allegedly Trying To Pass Off Produce From Grocery Store As Her Own Has Us Questioning Everything

Groceries are already expensive enough, and depending on where a person lives, they cannot guarantee the quality of the groceries that they're purchasing and eating. With many recalls going into effect right now, these concerns are especially important for produce.
