The rapper took to X to defend the Emilia Pérez star after she shared a video of herself sobbing over the mass deportation of Mexican immigrants by the Trump administration.

Rapper Flavor Flav came to Selena Gomez's defense after conservatives mocked her heartbreaking video in which she sobbed over the mass deportations of immigrants under Republican President Donald Trump's second term in the White House.

ICE raids began sweeping across the country and ripping families apart after Trump cracked down on immigration immediately following his inauguration on January 20.

In her now-deleted video, Gomez, a third-generation Mexican American whose father is of Mexican descent, was barely able to speak as she shed tears over "my people getting attacked, the children."

She continued:

"I don’t understand. I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t."
"I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise."

In response to her comments displaying compassion, particularly for the children who are finding themselves ripped away from their illegal immigrant parents, failed MAGA Senate candidate Sam Parker targeted her to be deported as well.

"She has an entitlement attitude toward America, like her illegal g'parents." Parker wrote on X (formerly Twitter) and suggested the Only Murders in the Building actor "should be deported, too."

Gomez immediately clap backed on Instagram Story with, "Oh, Mr. Parker. Mr. Parker... Thanks for the laugh and the threat."

She was forced to remove the video after incessant conservative backlash and subsequent bullying, to which she commented, "Apparently it's not ok to show empathy for people."

On Monday, Flavor Flav expressed solidarity with Gomez in a supportive post, writing:

"Team Selena Gomez. Again."
"That woman is always so brave to share her truth,,, and so many are quick to bully her."

Fans gave props to the Public Enemy founder.

Flav had her back before.

When Gomez opened up last year about her mental health journey and her struggle with body image issues as a result of SIBO, (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), Flav wrote:

“I don’t know her personally,,, but Selena Gomez is one of the STRONGEST and MOST BEAUTIFUL people inside and out.”

"I applaud her for being so open about her health and mental health. And I applaud her even more for clapping back at haterz,,, but she shouldn’t have to," he added.

Thank you for being an ally, Flavor Flav!

'South Park' Hits Back At Kristi Noem's Gripe About Show With Hilarious Profile Photo Change

South Park began its 27th season doing what they do best: skewering public figures that take themselves too seriously. The season premiere focused on MAGA Republican President Donald Trump and his alleged micropenis to the delight of old and new fans.

For the second episode, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone turned their focus to infamous puppy (and goat) killer Kristi Noem, South Dakota's former Republican Governor that Trump tapped to head up the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and oversee Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
