Rumors that the 'Milkshake' singer is dating the 'Ghostbusters' star inspired a flurry of jokes from stunned fans.

The best news is meme-inspiring news, right?

And the rumored romance between Bill Murray and Kelis certainly delivered.

Reports of the Ghosbusters star, 72, and "Milkshake" singer, 43, have been making the rounds on the internet.

This tea brought Twitter out to play, mostly by way of "Milkshake" lyrics.

Just in case Kelis' 2003 banger slipped your mind...

The song's already been stuck in our heads for two decades.

What's a little longer going to hurt?

Both Kelis and Murray lost partners recently.

Kelis' husband, photographer Mike Mora, died from stomach cancer last year. Murray's second ex-wife, costume designer Jennifer Butler, passed in 2021.

Neither party has responded for comment, but based on Kelis' recent Instagram response, we don't think they will.

Whatever the truth is, best wishes for them both.

Guy Sparks Modern Dating Debate With His Unhinged Texts To Woman Who Turned Him Down For Second Date

You know what they say: if a person has to point out how nice they are, they probably aren't really all that nice.

Actions tend to speak louder than words, with an affinity for niceness and kindness being among the best examples. When a person is truly nice and kind, it will come through in their daily attitude and actions without them having to say anything at all.
