If there’s one thing Susan Sarandon has in spades, it’s confidence.

Recently the star responded to a tweet lamenting the true downfall of Hollywood.

Which is, of course, Sarandon no longer getting to act ‘slutty’ in movies.

Sarandon, 75, has had a tremendous career and acted as the heroine, love interest, villain and everything in between.

If her past and present have proven one thing, it’s that she’s ready to do what she wants.

And she had no qualms about acting slutty in movies again.

The star’s iconic response had people cheering.

Sarandon is known for films such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Thelma & Louise, and The Witches of Eastwick. While her variety of films have proven the star’s talent, some people still underestimate her.

As far back as when she acted in Tempest, John Cassavetes told her not to be a mother, otherwise she would “not be sensual anymore.”

Sarandon said of the advice:

“I think I laughed.”

In addition to her prolific acting career, Sarandon has been vocal in social and political activism. She supports progressive policies and at times has been under fire for her own criticisms of supposedly liberal and left-wing politicians.

Through all this, there is still a lot of support for the actor to continue her legacy.

Recently, Sarandon has been reportedly attached to the DC comic book movie, Blue Beetle, playing the villain Victoria Kord. This is after Sharon Stone was initially in talks for the same role.

Michael Jackson Fans Called Out Over Their Deranged Reaction To Paris Jackson Talking About Her Late Dad

Paris Jackson is no stranger to public scrutiny—but this time, the backlash isn’t about her. It’s about fans of her late father, Michael Jackson, and the increasingly unhinged way they’re responding to her simply speaking about him.

It all started when Entertainment Tonight shared a red carpet interview from the Vanity Fair Vanities party, where Jackson was asked about the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic. The film stars her cousin, Jaafar Jackson, as the King of Pop, with Colman Domingo portraying family patriarch Joe Jackson.

Riley Gaines Ripped For Bonkers Attempt To Discredit Tim Walz After He Condemns Trump's Genocidal Threat To Iran

Former NCAA swimmer and current transphobic conservative darling Riley Gaines was criticized for a desperate attempt to discredit Minnesota Governor Tim Walz after he condemned President Donald Trump's genocidal threat to kill the "whole civilization" of Iran.

Trump has insisted that God supports his war on Iran and declared—before a provisional ceasefire was announced—that "a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again" ahead of a deadline to bomb Iran’s power plants and bridges that legal scholars and world leaders have said would constitute war crimes.
