Another tweet has backfired on Elon Musk.

Twitter's new owner continues to share his warped sense of reality on his platform and continues to get roasted by its users.

This time, Musk compared himself to Batman.

In his post, he included a picture of the superhero on top of a church overlooking Gotham City, an image created by artist Berkan Ozkan.

He captioned the tweet:

"Some nights..."

Though some users noted that Musk and Batman have a couple of things in common - wealth and questionable ethics - most agreed that Musk is no hero.

The Batman 2 writer Mattson Tomlin even chimed in.

Fans of Tomlin were definitely humored.

Others responded to Musk's tweet seemingly in agreement with Tomlin's comment.

Some even compared him to DC Universe's greatest criminal mind.

While fellow billionaire Batman never reached Musk's level of wealth, it should be noted that Musk has lost more than $170 billion in 2022.

His current turbulent reign of Twitter is not helping the matter. Musk lost advertisers, celebrities, and at least half of the social media platform's workforce.

Musk's wealth is now valued at $100.5 billion, down $240 billion from its peak of $340 billion over a year ago.
