Pinal County, Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb made waves this past April when he announced his refusal to enforce Governor Doug Ducey's expansion of stay at home orders designed to curb the virus that's killed nearly 120 thousand Americans.

Ducey insisted that he would not arrest or give citations to business owners who opened up after the expansion.

Lamb said at the time:

"I'm not trying to change [Ducey's] policy, I'm just disagreeing with it, and I won't enforce it. I don't think it's right. I don't want to make criminals out of people who are just trying to keep their business from going under."

In a stunning turn of events, Lamb recently announced that he'd tested positive for the virus just ahead of attending a Tuesday event at the White House, where he was invited by President Donald Trump. The test was carried out in cooperation with White House screening procedures mandating that all visitors be tested.

Lamb announced the development on Facebook.

Lamb stressed that he was asymptomatic at the time and that he did not meet with the President or attend the event.

While no one wished him ill, people didn't exactly pity him when considering his refusal to uphold policies designed to protect Americans from the virus.

Lamb is one of countless Trump supporters who followed the President's lead in dismissing the threat posed by the virus. Lamb's news comes just two days before thousands are expected to attend Trump's first rally in months after a pandemic induced hiatus.

This wasn't lost on anyone.

Attendees have to sign a liability waiver in case they're exposed at the rally.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
