President Joe Biden is making his first major diplomatic trip to the G7 Summit of world leaders this week, and though even formerly pro-Trump leaders like UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson have called Biden's presence a "breath of fresh air," Republican lawmakers at home are rushing to slam Biden's foreign policy.
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina appeared on far-right Fox News host Laura Ingraham's broadcast to declare that he missed former President Donald Trump—and claimed other country's did too.
Throughout his time in the White House, Trump repeatedly slammed foreign allies and entities while heaping praise upon adversaries like Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
Nevertheless, Graham claimed adversaries were terrified of Trump.

Graham told Ingraham:
"Let's just be honest. The bad guys were afraid of Trump. Who's afraid of Biden?"
Graham's claim doesn't hold up to scrutiny, and Trump's own words paint a much different picture.
Trump said of Kim Jong Un in 2018:
"I was really tough and so was he, and we went back and forth, and then we fell in love, OK? No, really, he wrote me beautiful letters, and they're great letters. We fell in love."
That same year, he said of Putin:
"I called President Putin of Russia to congratulate him on his election victory (in past, Obama called him also). The Fake News Media is crazed because they wanted me to excoriate him. They are wrong! Getting along with Russia (and others) is a good thing, not a bad thing…"
In fact, Trump repeatedly praised authoritarian leaders throughout his presidency.
Nevertheless, people could think of some "bad guys" who were afraid of Trump.
If by "bad guys", @LindseyGrahamSC meant "Republicans", yes. Yes, they are.https://twitter.com/Acyn/status/1403173769204572164 …— Lizabeth S. Tucker (@Lizabeth S. Tucker) 1623439202

They also reminded Graham of how foreign adversaries got on with Trump.
I mean, Chairman Kim, according to Trump, literally sent him love letters and Trump reciprocated.https://twitter.com/acyn/status/1403173769204572164 …— Mehdi Hasan (@Mehdi Hasan) 1623382119
